Om rollen

Vi söker dig som trivs med att bygga relationer, skapa affärer och driva rekryteringsuppdrag från första kundkontakt till genomförd rekrytering. Du driver parallella uppdrag genom hela processen – från behovsanalys och kravprofil till search, urval, intervjuer, bedömning och tillsättning. Även second opinion och andra tjänster vi har inom affärsområdet Strategisk kompetensförsörjning är du med och säljer in och ibland också genomför. Du ansvarar för att utveckla både befintliga och nya kundrelationer och arbetar aktivt med att identifiera behov och skapa nya affärsmöjligheter. Du har en nära dialog med våra kunder och fungerar som rådgivande partner inom kompetensförsörjning.

I rollen ingår även offertarbete och uppföljning av genomförda uppdrag. Till din hjälp har du researchers och givetvis dina kollegor som är erfarna konsulter. Du rapporterar till vd.

Vem söker vi?

Vi kommer lägga väldigt stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper i den här rekryteringen mer än en exakt utbildningsbakgrund och specifik erfarenhet. Du bör ha jobbat ett antal år i roller som är utåtriktade, som kräver att du fått vara serviceminded och flexibel. Du har lätt att skapa relationer, få förtroende och har förmågan att förstå olika verksamheter och omsätta behoven till konkreta lösningar. Ett högt tempo med varierande dagar attraherar dig och du stimuleras av att göra affärer. Ett nätverk i Örebro är mycket meriterande.
