O Oak's Burritos y Bowls busca uma pessoa para liderar o desempenho operacional e financeiro das unidades sob sua supervisão. A posição atua em parceria com os gerentes, apoiando seu desenvolvimento e garantindo que as lojas cumpram os padrões da marca e as metas estabelecidas.

Principais responsabilidades

Acompanhar os resultados financeiros das unidades, apoiando o cumprimento das metas de faturamento e lucratividade e o controle de despesas. Desenvolver e capacitar gerentes, fortalecendo uma cultura de liderança, responsabilidade e excelência operacional. Acompanhar o resultado das auditorias periódicas e garantir a execução do plano de ação para verificar a padronização dos processos, a qualidade dos produtos e o atendimento. Analisar indicadores operacionais e financeiros, identificar oportunidades e propor ações corretivas. Garantir o alinhamento das unidades aos valores, padrões e diretrizes estratégicas da rede. Cobrir folgas e férias de gerentes quando necessário.

Ensino superior completo. Conhecimento e experiência em gestão operacional e acompanhamento de resultados financeiros, incluindo faturamento, lucratividade e despesas. Capacidade de analisar indicadores e transformar dados em planos de ação. Disponibilidade para realizar treinamentos, acompanhar as rotinas nas unidades e cobrir folgas ou férias de gerentes quando necessário.
