Om rollen

Som medarbetare på vår Helpdesk är du en viktig kontaktpunkt för våra kunder världen över. Rollen innebär att ta emot och hantera inkommande ärenden från kunder och kollegor kopplade till våra maskiner.

I din roll kommer du arbeta med att ta emot och hantera kundärenden via telefon och olika digitala kanaler du stötta kunder och interna kollegor i frågor kring åtgärder och reservdelar, ger teknisk support och vägledning vid felsökning på våra maskiner.

Du säkerställer även att ärenden följs upp och genomförs på ett effektivt sätt och du blir en viktig del i att bidra till god kundrelation och en hög servicenivå.

Vem söker vi?

Vi söker dig som har ett tekniskt intresse och trivs i en roll där problemlösning och kundkontakt är en naturlig del av vardagen.

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har god teknisk förståelse och gärna erfarenhet från teknisk service. Som person tror vi att du är lösningsorienterad, strukturerad och lyhörd. Du har en ödmjuk inställning med en naturlig social och kommunikativ förmåga och trivs med dagliga kontakter med både kunder och interna kollegor. För dig är det självklart att arbeta med kunden i fokus samtidigt som du följer verksamhetens rutiner och regelverk.

Vidare har du goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift. Är van att arbeta i digitala miljöer, exempelvis Office 365 och har du erfarenhet från service- eller supportfunktion ser vi det som meriterande.
