Your Role & Impact
As a Server, you are an ambassador of hospitality—setting the tone for each meal and helping residents feel comfortable, respected, and at home.
Your responsibilities include:
- Serving residents, family members, and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and dignity.
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and entering them into the POS system.
- Setting, clearing, and resetting tables with care and attention to detail.
- Following proper dining service etiquette to ensure a polished, welcoming experience.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized dining environment.
- Supporting teammates and collaborating across departments to deliver excellent service.
What You Bring
We’re looking for people who enjoy serving others and take pride in doing things the right way.
- Prior serving experience is preferred, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.
- Must be at least 16 years of age with a valid work permit.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- A genuine desire to work with seniors and make a difference in their day.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Health Screening (including TB test).
- Compliance with vaccination, screening, testing, and PPE requirements per regulatory guidelines.
