Pay range: $30.00-$36.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the centralized ticketing system for Accounts Payable inquiries from communities, vendors, and internal departments, including invoice processing, payment status, vendor setup, and general AP issues.

  • Monitor pending invoice approvals and follow up with community personnel and department approvers to help prevent payment delays.
  • Enter petty cash reconciliation invoices monthly and assist with processing payroll checks, including entry into the ERP system and coordination of mailing to the appropriate communities.
  • Assist with centralized invoice processing, including selected invoices such as annual insurance policy renewals, real estate taxes, and lease invoices.
  • Process new vendor setup and vendor update requests, including entering and reviewing ACH information in vendor profiles to establish electronic payments.
  • Obtain and review required vendor documentation, including W-9s, ACH enrollment forms, and banking verification documents. Identify discrepancies in vendor, tax, and banking information and coordinate corrections. Review existing vendor records to help prevent duplicate vendor accounts.
  • Research payment status, outstanding invoices, and account discrepancies. Investigate potential duplicate payments and overpayments, coordinate vendor refunds when applicable, and assist with check voids, reissues, returned payments, and other payment-related corrections, including resident refund reissues.

General Duties:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
