Join a leading technology consulting environment dedicated to helping organizations modernize their financial and operational systems through innovative ERP solutions. As a Principal, NetSuite Consultant, you will lead client relationships, oversee managed services delivery, and drive continuous improvements across complex business environments. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize the value of their NetSuite platforms while aligning technology solutions with strategic business objectives. Working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, you will combine technical expertise with consulting leadership to deliver exceptional client outcomes. You will also mentor team members, optimize service delivery processes, and identify opportunities to improve operational performance. This fully remote opportunity offers exposure to diverse industries, ongoing professional development, and the flexibility to shape a rewarding long-term career.

Accountabilities

  • Lead client relationships and service delivery: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and Technical Account Manager for key clients. Ensure requests are addressed within established service-level agreements (SLAs) and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee managed services operations: Monitor workloads across approximately three to six projects, redistribute resources when necessary, and conduct regular account reviews to evaluate service quality, process compliance, outstanding requests, backlogs, and improvement opportunities.
  • Manage commercial and contractual performance: Review client contracts and special terms, monitor time spent and billings, track renewals, and assess account profitability to support effective service delivery and sustainable client relationships.
  • Provide NetSuite expertise: Advise clients on platform functionality, ERP best practices, industry standards, and opportunities to optimize business processes and technology environments.
  • Drive continuous improvement: Lead and participate in initiatives that strengthen managed services capabilities, improve operational efficiency, enhance service quality, and support the growth of consulting offerings.
  • Mentor and develop consulting teams: Train team members, share technical and functional expertise, and help strengthen consulting capabilities across geographically distributed teams.
  • Support application integrations: Guide clients on integration solutions involving platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, and FarApp, including connections with Shopify, Amazon, third-party logistics providers, Salesforce, payroll systems, and other business applications.
  • Develop performance dashboards: Design and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify emerging risks, and enable proactive improvements to client environments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery: Collaborate with teams across multiple geographic regions to align priorities, resolve challenges, and maintain consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Education: Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent professional experience is also acceptable.
  • NetSuite experience: At least four years of hands-on experience with NetSuite, including configuration, implementation, consulting, administration, support, and issue escalation.
  • Professional certifications: NetSuite ERP Consultant and NetSuite Administrator certifications are strongly preferred.
  • ERP expertise: Solid understanding of ERP systems, implementation methodologies, operational workflows, and industry best practices.
  • Integration knowledge: Familiarity with integration platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, and FarApp, and experience connecting NetSuite with e-commerce, logistics, CRM, payroll, and other business systems.
  • Client relationship management: Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations, build trusted relationships, resolve complex issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and business processes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership and collaboration: Ability to mentor consultants, coordinate geographically distributed teams, manage competing priorities, and contribute to shared business objectives.
  • Analytical and organizational skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and experience monitoring service performance, managing workloads, and identifying opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Travel flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 20% for occasional on-site client engagements, although the position is fully remote.
  • Work authorization: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship. Successful completion of a background check is required.
  • Competitive compensation: The advertised salary range is $165,000–$200,000 CAD annually. Actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
  • Remote work flexibility: Fully remote working arrangements, with opportunities for occasional in-person client engagements.
  • Retirement savings: Company-matched 401(k) contributions of up to 6%, subject to plan terms and eligibility.
  • Healthcare coverage: Medical insurance through United Health Plan, along with dental and vision coverage.
  • Financial protection: Life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.
  • Professional development: Employer-sponsored training, continuing education, skills development, and professional certification programs and examinations.
  • Flexible learning opportunities: Access to learning options across project management, web development, technology, and consulting.
  • Career growth: Opportunities to deepen technical expertise, develop leadership capabilities, and pursue career paths as either an individual contributor or a team manager.
  • Employee well-being: Resources and benefits designed to support emotional, mental, physical, financial, and social well-being.
  • Team engagement: Opportunities to participate in book clubs, speaking events, team celebrations, and annual retreats.
  • Meaningful client impact: Work with major organizations and business leaders across industries to solve complex technology and operational challenges.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.
