Last Mile Logistics Manager — Job Description

📌 Position: Last Mile Logistics Manager

Location: Singapore

Reports to: Operations Manager / Director

✅ Key Responsibilities

🚚 Operations Management

- Plan, organize and oversee daily last-mile delivery operations to ensure on-time delivery

- Manage delivery routes, schedules and driver allocation for maximum efficiency

- Monitor delivery performance, resolve operational issues and ensure smooth daily flow

- Coordinate with warehouse, sorting teams and drivers to ensure timely dispatch and collection

- Ensure proper handling, loading and protection of all parcels and goods

👥 Team Management

- Lead, train and supervise delivery drivers and last-mile operations staff

- Manage shifts, attendance and leave scheduling

- Conduct briefings, ensure safety compliance and maintain team discipline

- Motivate the team to meet delivery targets and service standards

📊 Performance & Cost

- Track KPIs: on-time delivery rate, delivery success rate, cost per delivery, driver productivity

- Prepare daily/weekly operation reports

- Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency
