We are looking for a results-driven and highly organized Customs Clearance Agent to join our team in Zemun, Belgrade.

The Customs Clearance Agent will be responsible for managing the customs clearance process, ensuring accurate and timely documentation, compliance with customs regulations and effective communication with relevant authorities and partners.

Responsibilites

  • Preparing, processing and checking customs declarations and accompanying documentation.
  • Managing all stages of customs clearance procedures in accordance with applicable customs regulations and legal requirements.
  • Communicating and cooperating with customs authorities, inspection bodies, clients and business partners.
  • Monitoring changes in customs regulations and applying relevant procedures in daily operations.
  • Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of customs documentation.
  • Monitoring the progress of customs clearance procedures and efficiently resolving operational issues.
  • Maintaining and properly archiving documentation in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Performing daily operational tasks and contributing to the smooth running of logistics processes.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • A valid Category B driving license and active driving experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and a high level of responsibility when handling documentation.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and respond effectively in a dynamic working environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • High School degree. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport, Business Administration, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in customs clearance and representation.
  • Knowledge of Software Design software is mandatory.
