  • Operative Durchführung und Unterstützung der Entgeltabrechnung
  • Anwendung und sichere Auslegung von Krankenhaustarifen
  • Pflege, Prüfung und Qualitätssicherung abrechnungsrelevanter Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten
  • Bearbeitung komplexer Abrechnungssachverhalte (z. B. Schicht- und Wechselschichtzulagen, Ruf- und Bereitschaftsdienste, Zeitzuschläge)
  • Durchführung von Korrekturen, Rückrechnungen sowie Ein- und Austrittsabrechnungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Zeitwirtschaft, Personaladministration und Controlling
  • Unterstützung bei der Analyse, Stabilisierung und Optimierung von Abrechnungsprozessen
  • Mitarbeit in Beratungsprojekten mit operativem Schwerpunkt Personal

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation z. B. Kaufmann/-frau – Gesundheitswesen, Personalfachkaufmann / Personalfachkauffrau
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung im Krankenhausumfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Krankenhaustarifen z. B. TVöD, AVR
  • Praxiserfahrung mit in Kliniken gängigen Abrechnungs- und HR-Systemen, z. B. SAP HCM, P&I LOGA, Sage HR, KIDICAP
  • Verständnis für Zeitwirtschaftssysteme und deren Schnittstellen zur Abrechnung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Service- und Lösungsorientierung im beratungsnahen Umfeld
  • Reisebereitschaft
