Die Digitalisierung für die Staatsanwaltschaft, Gerichte, Kindes\- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörde (KESB) und den Justizvollzug wird durch unser Programmteam am Obergericht vorangetrieben. Für rund 20 Organisations\-Einheiten werden in den nächsten rund vier Jahren neue IT\-Systeme beschafft, Abläufe optimiert und die Anwenderinnen und Anwender in die Arbeitsweise mit der neuen Fallführungs\-Applikation und der elektronischen Aktenführung eingeführt.

Dabei spielt die Analyse der Gesamtzusammenhänge von Geschäftsprozessen, Organisationsstrukturen sowie das Identifizieren von Optimierungspotentialen eine zentrale Rolle. Die Umsetzung der Ergebnisse wird in der Fallführungs\-Applikation mittels Low\-Code Technologie entwickelt und konfiguriert.

Für die Erarbeitung und Pflege der Geschäftsprozesse der einzelnen Justizbehörden suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine erfahrene und engagierte Persönlichkeit als

Business Process Manager und Projektleiter (w/m/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erfassen, Analysieren und Modellieren von Business\-Anforderungen (Geschäftsabläufe)
  • Dokumentation und Modellierung der Geschäftsabläufe nach BPMN in unserer BPM\-Software Adonis
  • Mitwirken bei der Konzipierung und Durchführung und Auswertung von Testszenarien
  • Mitwirkung bei der Konzeption und Durchführung von Schulungen, Workshops und Trainings
  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Teilprojekten und Arbeitspaketen im Rahmen des Programms Smart Justice
  • Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen, Konzepte, Studien und Entscheidungsgrundlagen in Anlehnung an das HERMES\-Projektmanagements

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (FH/Uni/HF) in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder im juristischen Bereich mit grosser Affinität für IT
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Schnittstellenposition zwischen Fachbereich und IT
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der Analyse komplexer Zusammenhänge
  • Kenntnisse von BPMN
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten
  • Fundierte Projektmanagementkenntnisse, vorzugsweise nach HERMES
  • Mitdenkende und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise in einem interdisziplinären Team
