À propos de nous:

Obicà Mozzarella Bar est notre projet de restauration italienne qui place au coeur de son offre gastronomique la Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP. Le premier Obicà a ouvert à Rome en mai 2004 et, depuis cette année-là, nous avons commencé à nous développer non seulement dans les principales villes italiennes, mais aussi à l’international: de New York à Tokyo, en passant par des capitales européennes comme Londres.

Vous êtes la personne que nous recherchons si:

  • Vous avez une expérience solide (au moins 2 ans) en tant que cuisinier/ère dans des établissements de restauration organisée;
  • Vous êtes disponible pour travailler en horaires variables, y compris les week-ends et les jours fériés;
  • Vous aimez travailler avec des matières premières de qualité et vous avez une forte passion pour la cuisine italienne;
  • Vous possédez une excellente connaissance des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire;
  • Vous êtes attentif/ve aux détails, organisé/e, avec une forte capacité de gestion du temps et une bonne aptitude à travailler en équipe, même dans des brigades nombreuses.
  • Nous croyons fermement au travail d’équipe: c’est ensemble que l’on peut faire la différence!

Que ferez-vous?

Le/la Cuisinier/ère est une figure clé pour garantir la qualité et l’excellence de notre offre gastronomique. Vous serez responsable de la préparation des différentes propositions culinaires, en veillant à ce qu’elles soient réalisées conformément aux recettes et aux standards Obicà.

Vous collaborerez avec la brigade de cuisine et coordonnerez les activités des aides-cuisiniers, en vous occupant du contrôle des matières premières, de la préparation de la mise en place, tout en respectant et maintenant la propreté et l’ordre en cuisine.

En outre, vous surveillerez les temps d’envoi des plats afin de garantir un service efficace et ponctuel.
