QUALCOSA SU DI NOI:

Obicà Mozzarella Bar è il nostro progetto di ristorazione italiana che mette al centro della proposta gastronomica la Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP. Il primo Obicà nasce a Roma nel maggio del 2004 e da quell’anno abbiamo iniziato ad espanderci non solo nelle principali città italiane, ma anche oltre i confini nazionali: da New York a Tokyo, passando per capitali europee come Londra.

SEI LA PERSONA CHE STIAMO CERCANDO SE:

  • Hai esperienza consolidata (almeno 2 anni) come cuoco in contesti di ristorazione organizzata;
  • Sei disponibile a lavorare su turni, inclusi week-end e giorni festivi;
  • Ami lavorare con materie prime di qualità, hai una forte passione per la cucina italiana;
  • Possiedi un’ottima conoscenza in materia di igiene e sicurezza alimentare;
  • Sei attento/a ai dettagli, organizzato/a con una forte capacità di gestione del tempo e una buona capacità di lavorare in team anche numerosi.

COSA FARAI?

Il/la Cuoco/a è una figura chiave per garantire la qualità e l’eccellenza della nostra proposta gastronomica. Sarai responsabile della preparazione delle diverse proposte, assicurandoti che vengano realizzate secondo le ricette e gli standard Obicà. Collaborerai con la brigata di cucina e coordinerai le attività degli Aiuto Cuoco, occupandoti del controllo delle materie prime, della preparazione della linea nel pieno rispetto e mantenimento della pulizia e dell’ordine in Cucina.

Inoltre, monitorerai i tempi di uscita delle portate per garantire un servizio efficiente e puntuale.
