QUALCOSA DI NOI Obicà Mozzarella Bar è il nostro progetto di ristorazione italiana che mette al centro della proposta gastronomica la Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP. Il primo Obicà nasce a Roma nel maggio del 2004 e da quell'anno abbiamo iniziato ad espanderci non solo nelle principali città italiane, ma anche oltre i confini nazionali: da New York a Tokyo, passando da capitali europee come Londra.

RUOLO

Cerchiamo una risorsa da inserire in Stage all’interno della nostra Area Finance, con un focus su Reporting, Controlling e supporto alle attività amministrativo-contabili, in un contesto dinamico legato al mondo Food & Ristorazione.

COSA FARAI

Entrerai a far parte del Dipartimento Finance e lavorerai a stretto contatto con tutti i colleghi del team, interfacciandoti direttamente con il nostro F&B Controller e gli Area Manager.

In particolare ti occuperai di:

Reporting e Analisi

  • Generare regolarmente report su vendite, costi, inventario e performance per ciascun ristorante;
  • Redigere reportistica giornaliera, settimanale e mensile (report di vendita, analisi del mix delle vendite);
  • Analizzare i dati per individuare opportunità di miglioramento e aree critiche;
  • Confrontare le performance tra ristoranti e identificare best practice da replicare;
  • Monitorare i principali KPI (food cost %, varianza di inventario, spreco alimentare);
  • Redigere i principali indicatori di performance aziendale su base settimanale e mensile, suggerendo azioni mirate di miglioramento.

Controlling

  • Supportare l’analisi degli scostamenti tra budget e consuntivo, identificandone le cause;
  • Proporre, in accordo con l’F&B Controller, azioni correttive per migliorare le performance;
  • Monitorare costantemente i costi e individuare opportunità di risparmio;
  • Collaborare con F&B Controller e Area Manager per migliorare l’efficienza operativa.

CHI CERCHIAMO

Sei il/la candidat* ideale se:

  • Possiedi un’ottima conoscenza dei principali strumenti e applicativi informatici;
  • Sei una persona dinamica, organizzata e con forte orientamento al risultato;
  • Hai buone capacità di time & project management;
  • Ti piace lavorare in team e sai interfacciarti efficacemente con stakeholder interni ed esterni;
  • Hai un’ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana, parlata e scritta;
  • Hai una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Il Finance è la tua passione;
  • Il mondo del Food e della Ristorazione ti incuriosisce.

Titolo di studio preferibile (ma non vincolante):

  • Diploma di Ragioneria, Laurea Triennale o Magistrale, Master in ambito economico-finanziario.
