Hledáme talentovaného kolegu, který dokáže svým komunikačním stylem nadchnout, je akční a má potenciál stát se novou PR star. Hledáme člověka, jenž pracuje samostatně a dokáže převzít odpovědnost za budování značky Domova sv. Josefa. CO BUDE VAŠÍ NÁPLNÍ PRÁCE: • Redakční práce – vyhledávání témat z různých zdrojů, komunikace s klienty i zaměstnanci • Editorská činnost – zpracování témat formou článků, postů, infografiky, videí a dalších formátů • Zveřejňování obsahu na webu, na sociálních sítích a v dalších komunikačních kanálech • Příprava a rozesílka emailového zpravodaje • Příprava tiskových zpráv a komunikace v médiích • Budování vztahu a koordinace práce s partnery, například s médii, ambasadory či agenturami • Správa a rozvoj komunikačních kanálů (web, sociální sítě, emailový zpravodaj, …) • Průběžná aktualizace PR strategie a každoroční příprava komunikačního plánu HLEDÁME ČLOVĚKA, KTERÝ: • Je akční a bude tuto práci dělat srdcem • Má chuť učit se novým věcem, sám si vyhledá vzdělávací aktivity • Dokáže napsat článek, který nadchne, a vyfotit k němu trefnou fotku • Nebojí se občas natočit reelsko a zveřejnit jej tak, aby mělo pořádný dopad • Má dobré komunikační schopnosti, dokáže promluvit do médií i budovat vztahy s partnery • Dokáže koordinovat kampaň, dohodáře, dobrovolníky, agentury • Umí prioritizovat a vybrat si z množství práce to podstatné NABÍZÍME: • smysluplnou a kreativní práci, která pomáhá hendikepovaným a vytváří dlouhodobé hodnoty • přátelský tým, který si navzájem pomáhá • možnost práce v Žirči u Dvora Králové v obnoveném barokním areálu nebo v Červeném Kostelci • nástupní plat 30 – 40.000,- Kč • 5 týdnů dovolené • dotované obědy á 40,- Kč • po půl roce nárok na benefity (na dovolenou, vzdělávání, zdravotnické služby a další) ve výši až 15.000 Kč/celý rok/plný úvazek Pokud se vidíte na této pozici, zašlete nám svůj životopis a motivační dopis nejpozději do 31.10.2026.
