Desde Grupo Adeo continuamos consolidando nuestra posición de liderazgo. Con el objetivo de reforzar estratégicamente nuestro perímetro ibérico, buscamos incorporar un/a DIRECTOR/A AUDITORÍA, cuya función será multi-bu (Adeo: España y Portugal)

¿CUÁL SERÁ TU MISIÓN? 🕵🏻

Liderar la función de auditoria interna ibérica, concebida para aportar valor y mejorar las operaciones de las Business Units de la península ibérica a través de su actividad objetiva e independiente.

Ayudar a la organización a cumplir sus objetivos aportando un enfoque sistemático y disciplinado para evaluar y mejorar la eficacia de los procesos de gestión de riesgos, control y gobierno.

¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS FUNCIONES?🔧:

Plan Auditoría

· Proponer el plan de auditoria interna, ligado a la estrategia de la compañía, a los comités de dirección de cada BU para su aprobación.

· Velar por el cumplimiento de los planes de auditoria interna.

· Analizar, priorizar, coordinar y controlar, la realización de trabajos de auditoria y consulta no programados que sean requeridos por la dirección de cada Business Units.

· Evaluar, a través de la realización del plan de auditoria, la adecuación y la eficacia del control interno de la compañía, proponiendo recomendaciones para la mejor cobertura de los riesgos identificados.

Comunicación Business Units

· Comunicar periódicamente el desarrollo del plan de auditoria interna a los stakeholders de cada BU (CODIR, Comité Supervisión, Auditoria Interna Adeo).

Normas y Procedimientos

· Establecer las normas y procedimientos de la función y velar por su cumplimiento así como el código ético de auditoria interna.

· Gestión de la función de auditoria interna ibérica velando por la calidad de sus trabajos.

Gestión Equipos

· Construir y coordinar un equipo acorde a las necesidades del área para conseguir los objetivos, garantizando su acompañamiento y desarrollo, con el fin de ofrecer el mejor servicio al cliente interno y externo.

¿CUÁL ES NUESTRO PERFIL IDEAL? 🤩

  • Formación académica: Grado o Licenciatura en ADE o Económicas. Valorable Máster.
  • Experiencia mínima requerida: 4-8 años de experiencia como auditor/a interno/a preferiblemente en empresas del sector de la distribución.
  • Idiomas: Nivel Alto de Inglés. Valorable Francés
