Atendemos usuários do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), idosos, pessoas com deficiência e com deformidades craniofaciais, pessoas em situação de rua, usuários de substâncias psicoativas e crianças e adolescentes em situação de risco social. A organização conta com um perfil de serviços único no país, distribuídos em 21 núcleos que prestam assistência à população de baixa renda nas áreas de Saúde, Assistência Social, Pesquisa Científica, Ensino em Saúde, Educação e na preservação e difusão da história de sua fundadora.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConferir no mapa cirúrgico os materiais, equipamentos e instrumentais cirúrgicos necessários, conforme programação cirúrgica que envolvem OPME e equipamentos específicos para estes procedimentos;Orientar a equipe médica quanto ao pedido de OPME;Auxiliar no recebimento e conferência do material, junto a enfermeira do CME;Instrumentar em cirurgias, na qual as empresas não disponibilizarem o instrumentador;Treinamento da equipe do CME quanto ao manuseio, preparo e lavagem do OPME;Realizar treinamento de preenchimento de nota de sala no CC;Lavagem e preparo do material consignado restrito que permanece na instituição;Disponibilizar o material para equipe da ortopedia no CC;Realizar check list do material no arsenal, conhecer e identificar para reposição;Quando necessário ser responsável pela assepsia, limpeza e acomodação do instrumental cirúrgico, durante o procedimento;Conferir o material e funcionamento do instrumental cirúrgico antes e após o uso do mesmo;Treinamento e manuseio do artroscópio;Quando necessário realizar a contagem dos instrumentais em sala;Desempenhar tarefas relacionadas a intervenções cirúrgicas médico-odontológicas, posicionando de forma adequada o instrumental, passando-o ao cirurgião e realizando outros trabalhos de apoio;Conferir qualitativa e quantitativamente os instrumentos cirúrgicos, após o término das cirurgias;Realizar a esterilização do material cirúrgico quando necessário;Propor a aquisição de novos instrumentos para reposição daqueles que estão avariados ou desgastados;Zelar, permanentemente, pelo estado funcional dos aparelhos que compõe as salas de cirurgia;Executar tarefas pertinentes à área de atuação, utilizando-se de equipamentos e programas de informática.Requisitos e qualificaçõesNível Médio Completo;Conhecimentos básicos de informática;Curso de Instrumentador Cirúrgico.Informações adicionaisRefeitório para alimentação;Assistência médica e odontológica;Vale Transporte.
