Our Opportunity...

We are looking for a highly motivated, collaborative, sophisticated data scientist for our Associate Director of Process Data Analytics role, with strong CMC domain expertise and advanced statistical modeling experience. As a key contributor within our Process Development and MSAT team, this hands-on and strategic leader will define and deliver advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and fit for purpose data infrastructure for real time monitoring of cell and gene therapy manufacturing processes, helping to drive the late-stage development of our first clinical stage autologous cell therapy program targeting solid tumors.

You’ll translate multi-dimensional process and product datasets into actionable insights that deepen understanding, inform CMC decision making, support regulatory submissions, and strengthen data driven execution. Partnering cross-functionally and with external partners, you’ll ensure data integrity and drive the compliant integration of AI/ML tools to accelerate manufacturing intelligence

As a member of our Process Development and MSAT team, you will be a vital part of a highly collaborative group working to unlock the promise of precision cell therapy for patients, starting with our lead program amsoki-cel (OBX-115), a novel engineered tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) cell therapy that uses our proprietary cytoDRiVE® platform. This is a unique opportunity to be a valuable contributor in a well-funded clinical company with field-leading advisors, best-in-class partners, and an experienced team.

You Will...

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
