Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt die Akquise von Grosskunden, analysierst komplexe Geschäftsanforderungen und entwickelst gemeinsam mit Spezialisten ganzheitliche Digitalisierungs\- und Prozesskonzepte mit Fokus auf Finanzprozesse, Werteflüsse und betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Du leitest Workshops, erarbeitest fachliche Anforderungen und Lösungskonzepte und begleitest deren Umsetzung in der Abacus Business Software
  • Du begleitest Kunden von der strategischen Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung und agierst als kompetente Ansprechperson für Fachverantwortliche, Finanzleitungen und Geschäftsführungen
  • Du koordinierst unterschiedliche Anspruchsgruppen, moderierst komplexe Fragestellungen und schaffst ein gemeinsames Verständnis für tragfähige Lösungen
  • Du unterstützt weniger erfahrene Consultants in ihrer fachlichen Entwicklung und förderst den Wissensaustausch innerhalb des Teams

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer verantwortungsvollen Funktion im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen, beispielsweise als Leiter Finanzen, Head of Finance oder in einer vergleichbaren Position sowie höhere Ausbildung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen, in Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in der Finanzbuchhaltung, im Controlling, in der Kostenrechnung und in der Gestaltung betriebswirtschaftlicher Prozesse
  • Erfahrung mit ERP\-Systemen, insbesondere der Abacus Business Software, und grosses Interesse an digitalen Geschäftsprozessen
  • Fähigkeit, Zusammenhänge über Abteilungsgrenzen hinweg zu erkennen und komplexe Anforderungen in ganzheitliche und umsetzbare Lösungen zu übersetzen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und der Anspruch, Kundenbeziehungen und Geschäftsfelder aktiv weiterzuentwickeln. Überzeugendes, adressatengerechtes Auftreten auf allen Hierarchiestufen. Freude daran, die eigene Führungserfahrung in ein beratungsorientiertes Umfeld einzubringen.
