En OCA Global buscamos a dos estudiantes con energía y actitud positiva para incorporarse a nuestro departamento de Sistemas de la Información en Sant Cugat del Vallès.

🌍 Tu misión:

Formarás parte activa de nuestro equipo de IT, reportando al responsable del área y participando en la gestión tecnológica de la compañía a través de las siguientes funciones:

  • Soporte Técnico: Apoyo en la resolución de incidencias del puesto de trabajo y atención directa a los usuarios.
  • Gestión del Parque Informático: Colaboración en el mantenimiento, control y puesta a punto de los equipos de la empresa.
  • Mantenimiento de Sistemas: Participación en la actualización de sistemas operativos y despliegue masivo de herramientas.
  • Proyectos IT: Apoyo en la configuración e integración de aplicaciones para nuevos proyectos internos.
  • Mejora Continua: Análisis de problemas, propuestas de optimización de servicios y mantenimiento de la documentación técnica.

  • Formación: Estudiantes actuales de CFGS en Informática, Sistemas o Redes (imprescindible posibilidad de establecer convenio de prácticas).
  • Idiomas: Dominio fluido del castellano.
  • Experiencia: No requerimos experiencia previa; priorizamos tu curiosidad técnica y tu capacidad de aprendizaje.
  • Competencias: Orientación al cliente, adaptabilidad, resiliencia y una clara vocación por el trabajo en equipo.
