Buscamos un/a Coordinador/a de Seguridad y Salud para integrarse en nuestra delegación de Sevilla. Si cuentas con titulación técnica, experiencia a pie de obra y quieres formar parte de un equipo enérgico, cercano y sin burocracias, este reto es para ti.

🎯 Tus Misiones con Propósito e Impacto

  • Liderarás la Coordinación de Seguridad y Salud (CSS) en las obras asignadas en la zona, asegurando que cada proyecto cumpla con los máximos estándares normativos para que cada trabajador vuelva seguro a casa.
  • Supervisarás y coordinarás la prevención a pie de obra (visitas técnicas, reuniones de CAE y seguimiento con contratistas y subcontratistas), aportando soluciones preventivas reales en el día a día.
  • Gestionarás el seguimiento documental y la redacción de informes técnicos, garantizando el rigor y la calidad que caracterizan a OCA Global en cada expediente.
  • Construirás relaciones de confianza y cultura preventiva, actuando como el referente técnico ante promotores, contratistas y direcciones facultativas.
  • Ampliarás tu alcance técnico: según tu titulación e inquietudes, podrás asumir la gestión de otros proyectos y controles técnicos de la casa.

🧩 ¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

Presentamos nuestros requisitos como las herramientas clave que necesitarás para triunfar y sentirte como en casa desde el primer día:

  • Titulación Habilitante: Graduado/a o Ingeniero/a, Ingeniero/a Técnico/a, Arquitecto/a, Arquitecto/a Técnico/a o Grado en Edificación (necesaria para asumir las funciones legales de CSS según R.D. 1627/97).
  • Formación Complementaria en PRL: Valorable contar con el título de Técnico/a Superior en PRL o Curso de CSS en obras de construcción (200 h) para aportar una visión sólida del marco normativo.
  • Experiencia práctica en obra y en funciones de CSS: Necesaria para desenvolverte con soltura, criterio técnico y autonomía ante los diferentes agentes de la obra.
  • Permiso de conducir B: Dispondrás de vehículo de empresa para desplazarte con total comodidad a las distintas obras asignadas en la región.
  • Ubicación: Residencia preferiblemente en Sevilla.
