Acerca de la posición:

Convocatoria operativa masiva para 16 posiciones (12 Aforadores + 4 Encuestadores) para toma de información vehicular y peatonal en estaciones fijas.

(Se cumple con cuota de Mano de Obra No Calificada de la zona de influencia directa y cuota de género: mínimo 30% reservado para personal femenino).

Requisitos:

  • Nivel educativo: Secundaria completa finalizada, egresados o estudiantes técnicos/universitarios (Transportes, Civil o afines).
  • Acreditación: Certificado de estudios secundarios o superiores.
  • Experiencia laboral: General: No indispensable. Específica: Deseable experiencia previa en conteos de tránsito, encuestas o censos (la empresa brindará inducción y capacitación obligatoria).
  • Conocimientos deseables: Habilidad para registro numérico y manejo básico de formatos.
  • Zona de residencia: Indispensable pertenecer a localidades de la Zona de Influencia Social Directa (Majes-Pedregal, Anexo Pedregal, Corire, Huancarqui, Lluta) o indirecta (Caylloma, Castilla, Arequipa).

Funciones Principales:

  1. Registrar el volumen y clasificación del flujo de vehículos ligeros y pesados en la estación asignada.
  2. Realizar conteos de tránsito peatonal en tramos específicos.
  3. Aplicar encuestas estructuradas a conductores y peatones sobre riesgos, fatiga y hábitos viales.

Condiciones Laborales:

  • Tipo de contrato: Servicio específico.
  • Plazo: 1 mes.
  • Jornada: Rotativo continuo en 3 turnos de 8 horas (Mañana, Tarde, Noche para cubrir las 24 horas continuas).
  • Lugar: Puntos y estaciones de conteo situados en la red vial del proyecto (Arequipa).
