🌍 Tu misión:

  • Dar soporte administrativo en la gestión y seguimiento de las formaciones internas a través del Campus OCA.
  • Gestionar y archivar registros formativos, mantener actualizados los expedientes de personal y volcar la información en Salesforce.
  • Canalizar y asignar tickets de DRT a través de Jira a los responsables correspondientes.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de formación técnica en la elaboración y actualización de manuales formativos y procedimentales, asistiendo en reuniones técnicas sobre normativas aplicables.

🧠 ¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

  • Estudiante de Formación Profesional (Grado Medio o Superior en Administración o similar) con posibilidad de formalizar convenio de prácticas.
  • Manejo fluido del paquete Office y soltura en el aprendizaje de plataformas digitales y sistemas de gestión.
  • Habilidades de organización, meticulosidad en la gestión documental y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
  • Proactividad, ganas de aprender y buena comunicación interpersonal.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar horario de mañana (de 9:00h a 14:00h).
