En OCA Global, buscamos un/a Técnico/a de Formación Interna para diseñar y desarrollar materiales formativos innovadores dentro del sector de la ingeniería.

🌟 Tu misión en OCA Global:

Como parte del Departamento de Formación, tu papel será clave para el desarrollo de contenidos técnicos especializados en inspección industrial. Entre tus principales responsabilidades estarán:

  • Diseñar y crear material formativo utilizando el paquete Office (Word y Excel principalmente).
  • Gestionar la plataforma e-learning (Moodle) para la organización y actualización de cursos internos.
  • Desarrollar contenido multimedia, incluyendo edición de videos, creación de gemelos digitales con cámara 360º y otros formatos innovadores.
  • Desarrollar y actualizar manuales de formación técnica: Creación y revisión periódica de guías de formación, transformando conceptos complejos en documentación clara y estructurada.

🔍 ¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

  • Formación técnica, deseable relacionada con campo de ingeniería o similar.
  • Dominio avanzado del paquete Office (especialmente Word y Excel).
  • Experiencia o interés en el desarrollo de formación digital (Moodle, edición de videos, herramientas de creación multimedia).
  • Capacidad analítica y orientación a la resolución de problemas.
  • Interés por la tecnología y facilidad para aprender nuevas herramientas.
  • Experiencia en inspección industrial o formación técnica (valorable).
