Nuestra delegación de la Región de Murcia se encuentra en una fase estratégica de desarrollo. Por eso, buscamos a un/a Arquitecto/a Técnico/a con sólida solvencia técnica y espíritu proactivo, capaz de asumir el control técnico de edificación e instalaciones, convertirse en la cara visible de la compañía y posicionar nuestro sello de calidad en la zona. La tipología de los proyectos son de edificios, vivienda, naves industriales, logísticas, data center, residencias, hoteles, polideportivos, estadios, etc.

Tu misión con nosotros (Propósito e Impacto)

  • Liderar el Control Técnico (OCT) e Instalaciones: Garantizarás la máxima calidad estructural y técnica en obras e instalaciones de la provincia de Murcia, identificando riesgos con criterio independiente y ofreciendo soluciones constructivas en campo.
  • Hacerte un nombre en la zona: Serás un referente e interlocutor técnico estratégico con direcciones facultativas, promotoras, aseguradoras y clientes, transmitiendo solvencia, solvencia técnica y la credibilidad del sello OCA Global.
  • Redacción y emisión de informes de alto impacto: Elaborarás la documentación de definición de riesgo y seguimiento con rigor y precisión, aportando absoluta tranquilidad técnica a todos los stakeholders.
  • Impulsar el crecimiento de la delegación: Participarás activamente en el fortalecimiento técnico del área en Murcia, contribuyendo al desarrollo de negocio a través de la excelencia en el servicio y la fidelización de clientes clave.

¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

  • Formación técnica: Grado o Diplomatura en Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería de la Edificación o Ingeniería afín.
  • Experiencia consolidada: Sólida trayectoria previa en control técnico de edificación (OCT), dirección de ejecución de obra, instalaciones o auditorías de riesgos de daños a la edificación.
  • Dominio normativo: Conocimiento profundo del Código Técnico de la Edificación (CTE) y normativas de instalaciones aplicables, para actuar como guía y solucionador de problemas en el día a día.
  • Autonomía y movilidad: Imprescindible carnet de conducir (B) y disponibilidad para desplazarte a obras en la zona con total autonomía.
  • Competencias clave: Visión global, capacidad de decisión independiente, interlocución técnica fluida y perfil resolutivo en campo.
