REQUISITOS DEL PUESTO

  • Formación académica: Ingeniero Titulado, Colegiado y Habilitado (indispensable contar con constancia y certificado de habilidad vigente).
  • Experiencia profesional: Mínimo 4 años desempeñándose como Supervisor de Proyectos, Control de Calidad y/o Residente de Obra.
  • Experiencia específica: Acreditar experiencia en la supervisión o ejecución de proyectos desarrollados en instalaciones operativas o infraestructura crítica (retail, banca, colegios, hospitales, sector industrial, ferroviario, aeroportuario, portuario, minero o energético), donde haya sido necesario implementar controles de seguridad, restricciones operativas y coordinación con múltiples actores para garantizar la continuidad del servicio/operación.
  • Documentación legal: Mayor de edad, sin antecedentes policiales ni judiciales (se requerirán certificados vigentes).
  • Residencia: Preferiblemente residir en distritos o zonas por donde recorre la Línea 1 del Metro de Lima (desde Villa El Salvador hasta San Juan de Lurigancho y viceversa).

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES

  1. Supervisar, verificar y controlar en campo que la ejecución de la obra se realice conforme al expediente técnico, especificaciones técnicas y procedimientos aprobados.
  2. Garantizar el cumplimiento riguroso de las normativas de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional, Medio Ambiente y Calidad (SSOMA) en todas las actividades operativas del proyecto.
  3. Asegurar la observancia de las políticas, disposiciones e instructivos internos de seguridad operativa de LÍNEA 1.
  4. Coordinar oportunamente con los involucrados para mitigar riesgos operativos y evitar interferencias con el servicio diario del metro.
  5. Elaborar informes periódicos de avance, valorizaciones, observaciones técnicas y alertas operativas.

CONDICIONES DE TRABAJO

  • Tipo de contratación: Servicio específico.
  • Duración estimada: 12 meses.
  • Horarios: Turnos diurnos y/o nocturnos (rotativos), de lunes a domingo, incluyendo días feriados según la necesidad operativa de la infraestructura.
  • Lugar de trabajo: Campo / Instalaciones de la Línea 1 del Metro de Lima.
