Supervisor(a) de Mantenimiento y Otros MT/BT

Objetivo del puesto Gestionar la elaboración y revisión de expedientes y los trámites necesarios para el inicio, la ejecución y el cierre de proyectos en campo para el cliente.

Funciones principales

  • Realizar inspecciones de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente.
  • Supervisar maniobras programadas que impliquen riesgo eléctrico.
  • Realizar inspecciones vehiculares especiales en campo, inspecciones remotas y otras inspecciones requeridas por el cliente.
  • Registrar y reportar observaciones e incumplimientos relacionados con seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente.
  • Dar retroalimentación a las cuadrillas de campo a partir de las observaciones encontradas.
  • Realizar desembarcos por la vida.
  • Efectuar constataciones policiales cuando el cliente lo solicite.
  • Elaborar reportes diarios de los trabajos ejecutados.
  • Preparar liquidaciones de obras según los requerimientos del cliente.
  • Comunicar situaciones que puedan afectar el medio ambiente, la seguridad de los trabajadores o los procesos de la organización, y cumplir con los estándares aplicables.

Requisitos

  • Titulado(a) o bachiller en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería Mecánica Eléctrica, Ingeniería Ambiental o Ingeniería Industrial.
  • Licencia de conducir A1 como mínimo.
  • Conocimiento del Código Nacional de Electricidad y del Reglamento Nacional de Edificaciones, en lo relacionado con suministro y utilización.
  • Conocimientos de diseño, implementación, construcción y mantenimiento de instalaciones eléctricas de media y baja tensión.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office a nivel intermedio. Deseable.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en labores o servicios similares, incluyendo supervisión de diseño, construcción y mantenimiento de redes y subestaciones eléctricas de distribución o transmisión. Deseable.
