Job Description :

  1. Melakukan kajian atas perjanjian untuk memberikan opini hukum, dan rekomendasi/mengusulkan suatu solusi atas masalah yang berkaitan dengan persoalan hukum yang dihadapi oleh Perusahaan ataupun unit kerja lainnya sesuai dengan hukum dan peraturan yang berlaku.
  2. Melakukan evaluasi dan memberikan rekomendasi kepada Corporate Legal Head / Corporate Legal Division Head atas kinerja law firm / notaris / konsultan / profesi penunjang lainnya yang digunakan dalam transaksi di bidang Legal Advisory.
  3. Melaksanakan kegiatan proses transaksi di bidang Legal Advisory yang berkaitan dengan aspek hukum, sehingga mampu menjaga legal risk dari transaksi secara optimal, antara lain dengan membuat perjanjian non standar yang diperlukan oleh setiap unit kerja di Bank OCBC, sesuai dengan kebijakan yang berlaku.
  4. Melakukan pendampingan dan bantuan hukum yang diperlukan terkait dalam rapat, negosiasi, pertemuan dengan pihak ketiga sehubungan dengan transaksi atau permasalahan hukum yang dihadapi oleh unit kerja yang bersangkutan.
  5. Melakukan monitoring dan follow up atas setiap legal support dan/atau legal advice yang telah di berikan agar berjalan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, termasuk kesesuaian dengan pemberian opini dan/atau review yang telah disampaikan oleh Corporate Legal ke unit kerja pemohon.
  6. Membuat dan mengajukan serta merevisi Service Level Agreement atau kesepakatan kerja lainnya yang berkaitan dengan prosedur kerja Legal Advisory dengan pihak internal terkait.
  7. Memastikan penyimpanan setiap dokumen atau pengadministrasian dokumen yang berkaitan dengan Corporate Legal dilakukan dengan lengkap, rapih dan benar.
  8. Memastikan aktifitas pengelolaan bisnis / operasional sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.
