Job Description

1. Menjalankan fungsi quality improvement, yaitu:

1.1. Menjalankan inisiatif/proyek bersama dengan anggota tim proyek lainnya mulai dari tahapan planning sampai dengan post implementation (end-to-end) dengan outcome berupa: - Pengukuran secara kuantitatif terhadap parameter proses berjalan/ baseline (SLA, Cycle Time, indikator bisnis, dll) sebagai dasar pengembangan yang didapat dari data/ report yang disediakan oleh process owner atau stakeholder terkait, observasi lapangan, ataupun benchmarking dengan kompetitor. - Analisa pain points terhadap proses berjalan dan menyediakan rekomendasi perbaikan. - Analisa gap atas customer journey dari proses baru serta memastikan alignment dengan proses back-end di Bank serta konektivitas antar system. - Analisa kuantitatif setelah inisiatif dijalankan/ after improvement: SLA, Cycle Time, indikator bisnis dan margin of improvement/ cost saving yang dihasilkan dari perbaikan. - Melakukan assessment dan pengembangan solusi interim (sampai tersedianya solusi digital/ sistem yang permanen). Solusi interim yang dimaksud dapat berupa otomasi proses sederhana melalui tools

1.2. Melakukan serah terima inisiatif/proyek yang telah diluncurkan, memberikan informasi mengenai mekanisme Post Implementation Review (PIR) monitoring oleh pemilik proses, stakeholder.

1.3. Melakukan penilaian bersamaan dengan inisiatif/proyek yang sedang dijalankan mulai dari tahapan planning sampai dengan implementation termasuk proses penilaian risiko internal.

1.4. Memastikan proyek dijalankan sesuai project governance, standard internal yang berlaku.

1.5. Terlibat langsung secara aktif sebagai Subject Matter Expert (SME) dalam proses di inisiatif/proyek pada setiap tahapan sesuai dengan lingkup kerja.

2. Berperan aktif dalam tahapan pengembangan inisiatif mulai dari planning sampai dengan post implementation, sesuai dengan fungsi dari masing–masing pilar.

3. Memastikan dan berkoordinasi dengan pemilik inisiatif/pemilik proses dalam pembuatan proposal inisiatif/proyek (objective, involvement party, scope, output, timeline, dll)

4. Membantu implementasi atas quality projects competition, quality celebration/recognition

5. Melaksanakan tugas-tugas lainnya yang diberikan oleh Process Improvement Manager.
