  1. Terlaksananya proses pengadaan barang dan jasa Melakukan Sourcing dalam memperluas jaringan kerjasama dengan vendor pengadaan barang IT/ Non IT dan jasa IT/Non IT Melakukan proses Due Diligence untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi risiko serta potensi masalah sebelum dilakukan pemilihan/penetapan vendor. Mencari jenis dan ragamyang lebih menarik dengan harga kompetitif dan memberikan usulan terhadap barang yang dibutuhkan oleh unit kerja pengguna (user). Melakukan proses pengadaan barang / jasa outsourcing atau infrastruktur dengan lancar Melaksanakan proses kebutuhan pengadaan Jasa yang dibutuhkan bisa didapat sesuai tujuan (jumlah, waktu, kualitas dan harga) Melakukan monitoring / penilaian kinerja vendor secara periodik
  2. Terlaksananya proses standarisasi/pemilihan vendor atas pengadaan jasa sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku. Menerima kebutuhan akan barang jasa dan Comm tools dari user/ unit kerja Melakukan pencarian vendor dan mengundang vendor untuk menginformasikan kebutuhan barang dan jasa Melakukan kunjungan ke lokasi Vendor Melengkapi dokumen legalitas vendor Membuat laporan kunjungan vendor Memberikan usulan rekomendasi terhadap pengadaan barang & Jasa IT/Non IT Melakukan negosiasi dengan pihak vendor untuk mendapatkan harga dan kualitas terbaik Melakukan analisa dalam proses penetapan rekomendasi dan standarisasi terhadap pengadaan jasa Membuat rekomendasi terhadap pengadaan jasa yang diajukan untuk mendapatkan persetujuan. Membuat laporan SLA standarisasi pemilihan vendor.
  3. Terlaksananya hubungan baik dengan customer internal dan eksternal (rekanan) Memberikan bantuan konsultasi, informasi dan rekomendasi kepada unit kerja lain khususnya yang berkaitan dengan pengadaan jasa outsourcing dan infrastruktur. Membina hubungan baik dengan pihak ketiga yang merupakan rekanan bisnis Melakukan kerjasama dengan vendor untuk pengembangan kebutuhan jasa Melakukan koordinasi dengan vendor atas permasalahan yang terjadi terkait dengan kualitas dan pelayanan vendor. Memonitor jatuh tempo kontrak perjanjian dengan vendor dan mengingatkan user terkai untuk melakukan review vendor sebelum jatuh tempo kontrak berakhir.
  4. Terlaksananya tertib administrasi dan pemeliharaan dokumen pengadaan barang dan/atau jasa Memelihara data daftar produk/jasa dan data vendor Memberikan masukan dan checker atas isi perjanjian kerjasama yang dibuat oleh PIC PKS
  5. Memastikan aktifitas pengelolaan bisnis / operasional sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.
