Why Join As a Market Research Analyst at OCBC, you'll uncover insights that shape the future of banking. You'll help us understand our customers, identify trends, and inform business decisions that drive growth and innovation. It's a role that requires curiosity, analytical skills, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights.

How you succeed To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a strategic thinker who can balance short-term needs with long-term goals. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their research needs, design studies, and analyze data to uncover key findings. Your ability to communicate complex insights in a clear and concise manner will be essential in driving business outcomes.

What you do - Conduct market research studies to understand customer behavior, preferences, and needs - Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations - Develop and maintain research reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform business decisions and drive growth initiatives - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging research methodologies

Who you are - A degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field - At least 2-3 years of experience in market research or a related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large datasets - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex insights into actionable recommendations - A curious and strategic thinker who is passionate about turning data into insights that drive business outcomes
