  • Participate in project reviews and apply feedback constructively.
  • Maintain organized file structures and version control.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects).
  • Exposure to Autodesk Maya or other 3D software and willingness to learn 3D fundamentals.
  • Foundational understanding of visual design principles.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail with willingness to learn new tools and disciplines.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a United States Government Department of Defense Security Clearance.
  • US citizen.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to animation, 3D, illustration, or other multimedia.
  • Experience working in a creative, technical, or engineering‑adjacent environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
