Ocean Automotive Group Location: Miami-Doral Area, FL Employment Type: Full-Time Pay Range: $15.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience

About the Opportunity

Ocean Automotive Group operates a multi-brand dealership network in the Miami-Doral area, serving customers across our Mazda, Infiniti, and Auto Club operations.

We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Porter / Detailers who take pride in keeping vehicles clean, organized, and showroom-ready.

As a Porter / Detailer, you will play an important role in the appearance and daily operation of our dealerships. You'll be responsible for washing and detailing vehicles, maintaining lot organization, safely moving vehicles, and preparing vehicles for customer delivery.

This is a hands-on position that involves working both indoors and outdoors in a fast-paced dealership environment. It is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in quality work, and is looking for an opportunity to grow within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Wash, clean, and detail vehicles according to dealership standards.
  • Vacuum and clean vehicle interiors.
  • Clean windows, wheels, tires, and exterior surfaces.
  • Prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for display and customer delivery.
  • Ensure vehicles are clean and presentation-ready before delivery.
  • Safely move, park, and stage vehicles throughout dealership property.
  • Maintain organization and appearance of dealership inventory and parking areas.
  • Assist with arranging vehicles on the lot and showroom as directed.
  • Assist Sales and Service departments with vehicle movement and logistics.
  • Retrieve vehicles as requested by dealership personnel.
  • Inspect vehicles for visible damage and promptly report concerns to management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of detailing areas, equipment, and supplies.
  • Properly use and store dealership cleaning products and equipment.
  • Follow vehicle key-control procedures.
  • Follow all dealership safety and operational procedures.
  • Assist with other dealership operational needs as assigned.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Previous detailing, porter, car wash, or automotive dealership experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift and move detailing supplies and equipment as required.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Must be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements.

  • $15.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience
