Als Account Manager im Innendienst spielst du eine zentrale Rolle dabei, Ocean Outdoor in Deutschland erfolgreich zu etablieren und fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Sales, Kunden, Operations und Tech. Du unterstützt unseren Außendienst, sorgst für eine reibungslose operative Umsetzung unserer DOOH-Kampagnen und bist ein wichtiger Ansprechpartner für Kunden und interne Teams. Mit deinem Organisationstalent, deiner Serviceorientierung und deinem Verständnis für Out-Of-Home trägst du maßgeblich zum Erfolg unserer Kunden und unseres Wachstums bei.

Sales-Unterstützung:

  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von Sales-Briefings und Aufträgen aus dem Außendienst
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Präsentationen in Abstimmung mit dem Outbound Sales-Team
  • Recherche und Übergabe relevanter Informationen an das Sales-Team zur weiteren Betreuung

Operative Kampagnensteuerung

  • Steuerung und Betreuung laufender DOOH-Kampagnen von Briefing, Disposition bis zum Reporting
  • Disposition von Kampagnen in Zusammenarbeit mit Planning
  • Monitoring der Kampagnenperformance, mit dem Schwerpunkt der Programmatic-Kampagnen
  • Sicherstellung und Organisation von Belegbildern und Videos zum Kampagnenstart

Kundenkommunikation & Service

  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Agenturen und Spezialmittlern nach Kampagnenfreigabe
  • Bearbeitung von Erstkontakten und eingehenden Kundenanfragen
  • Versand von Startreports, Endreports und Belegbildern
  • Unterstützung bei Rechnungsfragen

Technische Abwicklung

  • Prüfung, Annahme und Aufbereitung von Werbemitteln
  • Versand technischer Spezifikationen und Abstimmung zu Werbemitteln
  • Koordination mit Operations und Tech bei technischen Fragen oder Problemen

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Drei bis fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Media, vorzugsweise Out of Home (OOH)
  • Freude am Vertrieb und leistungsorientierter Arbeit
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ein Auge fürs Detail, Präzession und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Grundverständnis für digitale Werbeprozesse und Buchungswege
  • Freude an Teamarbeit und gemeinsam etwas aufzubauen
  • Ein professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Kunden, Agenturen, Spezialmittlern und Partnern
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
