Młodszy Specjalista ds. Kadr i Płac - Biuro Główne w Garwolinie

Twoje zadania:

  • naliczanie wynagrodzeń dla umów o pracę i umów cywilnoprawnych
  • sporządzanie dokumentów z zakresu stosunku prawa pracy, zakładanie i prowadzenie akt osobowych
  • rozliczanie czasu pracy i nieobecności pracowników oraz ustalanie wymiaru urlopów
  • wystawianie zaświadczeń o zatrudnieniu i zarobkach pracowników

Nasze oczekiwania:

  • minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w pracy na podobnym stanowisku
  • znajomość Prawa Pracy i Ubezpieczeń Społecznych
  • doświadczenie w pracy z systemami kadrowo-płacowymi
  • wykształcenie wyższe lub studia w trakcie (preferowane kierunki ekonomiczne, zarządzanie)
  • dokładność, staranność i terminowość
  • rzetelność, komunikatywność i chęć pomocy

Mile widziane:

  • umiejętność przygotowywania deklaracji podatkowych, PFRON, PPK oraz sprawozdań GUS
  • znajomość programu Płatnik i Merit Macrologic firmy Asseco
