De hulpkok voert alle bereidingen uit volgens de aanwijzingen van de kok en kan hem vervangen voor de volledige keukendienst bij diens afwezigheid. Tevens staat hij mee in voor de bereiding van de maaltijden voor de gebruikers van de dienst warme maaltijden. Opnemen van taken en verantwoordelijkheden inzake het bereiden van maaltijden zoals o.a.: • voorbereiden van de voedingswaren voor de warme maaltijden • bereiden van de maaltijden; daarbij draagt de hulpkok zorg voor de kwaliteit van de bereiding en de correcte portionering van de maaltijden • afwerken van de gerechten volgens bestelling en volgens de regels van de kookkunst Opnemen van taken en verantwoordelijkheden inzake kwaliteit zoals o.a.: • volgen van de HACCP-regelgeving • controleren van de leveringen op juistheid, kwaliteit en kwantiteit + contact onderhouden met de leveranciers Opnemen van taken en verantwoordelijkheden inzake onderhoud zoals o.a.: • Toezicht op het uitvoeren van de verschillende onderhoudsplannen Opnemen van taken en verantwoordelijkheden inzake de keukenwerking zoals o.a.: • coördineren van en toezicht houden op de voorbereiding en op de correcte kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve bereiding/afwerking van de maaltijden • coördineren van tijdige, systematische, efficiënte opberging en bewaring van producten en voedingswaren

Vervangen van de kok in geval van afwezigheid • Eindeverantwoordelijkheid voor de bereiding van de maaltijden • Bestellingen plaatsen • Uitwerken en aanpassen menu Verantwoording afleggen ten overstaan van de kok o.a. over de dagelijkse werking.

Relevante aantoonbare beroepservaring kan een extra troef zijn. Bijlage uit het strafregister – algemeen model (max. 3 maanden oud; te bekomen bij dienst Bevolking & Burgerlijke Stand van uw gemeente). Slagen in een selectiegesprek Voldoen aan alle voorwaarden zoals omschreven in de rechtspositieregeling.
