Wij zoeken een talent met een hart voor zorg!

Als zorgkundige is het jouw voornaamste doel om de zorgen en lasten van het ouder worden zoveel mogelijk te verlichten. Dit doe je door de senioren te ondersteunen en te begeleiden bij de algemene, dagelijkse persoonsgerichte verzorging waarbij je streeft naar een zo groot mogelijke autonomie en zelfredzaamheid. Maar het is méér dan dat! Je kent elke bewoner bij naam en je bouwt een hechte band met hen en hun familie op. Valt er iets te vieren? Dan denk je mee na over een leuke manier om dat te doen. En bij moeilijke momenten ben je een steun en toeverlaat.

Dat doe je uiteraard niet alleen, maar met de coaching van de hoofdverpleegkundige en een team van zorgkundigen, verpleegkundigen, ergotherapeuten, kinesisten en begeleiders wonen en leven. Je komt terecht in een warme organisatie waar zo'n 200 medewerkers elke dag het beste van zichzelf geven.

Jouw voornaamste taken zijn dan ook:

  • Toedienen en aanpassen van de basiszorgen (dagelijks en wekelijks toilet, kleding, voeding, toiletgebruik en mobiliteit) met aandacht voor het stimuleren van de zelfzorg van de bewoners
  • Aandacht hebben voor de persoonlijke hygiëne van de bewoner
  • Onze bewoners en hun familie begeleiden
  • Nemen van preventieve maatregelen i.v.m. doorligwonden, dehydratatieverschijnselen en contracturen
  • Observaties noteren in het zorgdossier van de betrokken bewoner

  • Je beschikt over een diploma 7de jaar personenzorg of gelijkgesteld of een getuigschrift van verzorgende in de ouderenzorg
  • Je beschikt over een visum als zorgkundige

  • Je slaagt voor een mondeling gesprek
