Technical Service Representative Location: Schaumburg or Remote – Midwest Territory (regional travel required)   Your mission on the Sales team:At TouchTunes, your work matters! As a Technical Services Representative, you are the trusted, on-the-ground expert that our operators and partners across the Midwest count on. Traveling throughout your territory, you'll deliver a premium, high-touch service experience that keeps our world-class jukeboxes performing at their best. This hands-on role blends technical mastery with genuine hospitality: you'll train operators and partners with care and clarity, resolve issues quickly and thoroughly, and partner with our sales team to deliver seamless, on-site installations that reflect the TouchTunes brand. Your day-to-day:

Travel throughout the Midwest to meet partners where they are, visiting operators, venues, and events across your territory to provide face-to-face, personalized support. Deliver tailored product training to operators and partners in their own venues, at group seminars, and at corporate events, so that every partner leaves confident and fully equipped to succeed. Serve as a dedicated on-site resource for special jukebox installations, providing hands-on guidance and ensuring smooth, professional experience from set-up to sign-off. Diagnose and resolve jukebox, audio system, and network connectivity issues with urgency and precision, minimizing disruption to our partners' businesses and their patrons' experience. Proactively escalate and follow through on service, business, or product performance concerns. Partner closely with inside and outside sales teams to build relationships, identify opportunities, and showcase the full value of the TouchTunes product portfolio. Anticipate partner needs by following up after visits, sharing best practices, and spotting small issues before they become big ones.

Provide as-needed support for our Bullshooter dart product line, including on-site assistance at dartboard tournaments and events, helping ensure equipment is set up, running smoothly, and delivering a great experience for players and organizers.

Your profile:

Associate degree, or at least 2 years of professional experience operating and maintaining audiovisual systems, including speakers, amplifiers, wiring, and network connectivity. 3+ years of combined customer service and technical field service experience preferred. A hospitality-minded, polished professional who represents the brand with warmth, patience, and composure, especially in fast-paced venue environments. Strong communicator who can explain technical concepts clearly to partners of all technical backgrounds. Frequent travel of up to 70% throughout the Midwest territory (IL, WI, IN, IA, TN, MI, OH, etc.) is a fundamental requirement of this position. This includes regular multi-day trips with overnight stays. Occasional international travel required; must hold and maintain a valid passport. Valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record required. Proficient with hand tools, power tools, electrical testing equipment, and other company-provided tools. Must be physically able to perform the following without assistance: walking, standing, squatting, climbing, pushing, pulling, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds. Must have the visual acuity, peripheral vision, and depth perception needed to safely operate a company-provided vehicle for extended periods.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
