Octopus 1987 Services Sàrl recherche un concierge immobilier polyvalent afin de renforcer son équipe dans le Jura.

Octopus intervient dans la gestion opérationnelle, l’entretien et la valorisation de bâtiments résidentiels, commerciaux et hôteliers. Le poste combine des missions de conciergerie immobilière, de maintenance technique et de petits travaux de rénovation.

Vos principales missions

Vous assurez le bon fonctionnement et le bon état général des différents bâtiments confiés à Octopus, notamment :

entretien courant des immeubles, appartements, locaux commerciaux et hébergements hôteliers ; contrôle régulier des bâtiments et signalement des problèmes constatés ; petites réparations et interventions techniques ; travaux de peinture et de remise en état des murs ; pose, réparation et entretien de parquet, stratifié et plinthes ; petits travaux de menuiserie : portes, meubles, étagères, ajustements et finitions ; petits travaux de serrurerie : poignées, cylindres, serrures et réglage de portes ; montage et démontage de mobilier ; remplacement de joints, petites réparations sanitaires et débouchages simples ; entretien des parties communes, caves, locaux techniques et espaces extérieurs ; préparation des appartements avant l’arrivée de locataires ou de clients ; remise en état des logements après un départ ; aide aux déménagements, débarras et évacuation de mobilier ; coordination ponctuelle avec les artisans et entreprises spécialisées ; réalisation de photos et de comptes rendus après les interventions ; suivi du matériel, des outils et des produits nécessaires aux travaux. Partie hôtelière

Dans le cadre des activités de Stay.Swiss Boutique Hotel, vous pourrez également intervenir pour :

contrôler les logements avant l’arrivée des clients ; vérifier le mobilier, les équipements et les installations ; résoudre rapidement les petits problèmes techniques ; effectuer des remises en état entre deux locations ; installer ou remplacer certains équipements ; participer à la bonne présentation générale des logements. Profil recherché

Nous recherchons une personne :

manuelle, polyvalente et soigneuse ; autonome dans l’organisation de son travail ; capable d’identifier un problème et de proposer une solution adaptée ; disposant de connaissances pratiques en peinture, parquet, menuiserie, serrurerie ou entretien technique ; respectueuse des logements, du matériel et des clients ; ponctuelle, fiable et organisée ; à l’aise avec une clientèle privée, des locataires et des propriétaires ; capable de transmettre un compte rendu clair des travaux réalisés ; disposant idéalement d’une expérience dans la conciergerie, la maintenance immobilière, le bâtiment ou la rénovation ; titulaire du permis de conduire; la priorité sera donnée à une personne habitant l'Ajoie.

Une formation dans un métier du bâtiment est appréciée, mais la polyvalence, l’expérience pratique et la capacité à travailler proprement sont les critères principaux.

Nature du poste

Ce poste convient à une personne appréciant les journées variées et les interventions concrètes. Les missions peuvent aller d’un simple contrôle de logement à plusieurs journées de remise en état d’un appartement.

Les interventions sont principalement réalisées à Porrentruy et dans le canton du Jura, avec certains déplacements ponctuels selon les chantiers et les biens gérés par l’entreprise.
