The posting

Chez Octopus Energy Services, nous concrétisons la transition énergétique directement sur le terrain. Nos équipes interviennent chez les particuliers pour installer des panneaux photovoltaïques.

Tes missions principales

  • Commandes de matériel : Gérer les commandes d'approvisionnement et le réassort auprès des fournisseurs pour garantir la disponibilité des produits au quotidien.
  • Gestion des livraisons : Réceptionner les marchandises, contrôler la conformité des livraisons fournisseurs et gérer les expéditions.
  • Manutention : Assurer la manutention physique des stocks au quotidien, utilisation de chariots élévateurs électriques (CACES 3 et 5)
  • Préparation des chantiers : Préparer physiquement le matériel nécessaire pour les départs sur les chantiers d'installation.
  • Gestion des stocks : Assurer la précision des stocks, minimiser les pénuries et les excédents, et garantir la disponibilité des produits en collaboration avec le responsable logistique.
  • Gestion des retours chantiers : Ajuster le stock sur les produits qui reviennent de nos chantiers.
  • Organisation de l'espace : Participer à l'optimisation de l'aménagement de l'entrepôt pour maximiser l'efficacité opérationnelle et faciliter le flux des marchandises.
  • Normes de sécurité : Respecter scrupuleusement les normes de sécurité, de santé et d'hygiène pour prévenir les accidents et assurer un environnement de travail sûr.
  • Entretien des véhicules : Veiller à ce que les véhicules soient correctement entretenus et revisé (parc de 3 véhicules à ce jour)
  • Entretien de l’entrepôt : Veiller à suivre le registre de sécurité de l’entrepôt et à la bonne réalisation de celui-ci.

Profil recherché

  • Esprit d'équipe : Capacité à travailler efficacement avec les différentes équipes tout en maintenant une communication claire.
  • Agilité d'esprit : Capacité à réagir rapidement aux défis et imprévus logistiques.
  • Autonomie et organisation : Bonne gestion du temps, capacité à hiérarchiser les tâches.
  • Compétences techniques : Une expérience en manutention de charges lourdes ou en magasinage est requise. La possession de CACES est un fort atout.

Rémunération et avantages

  • Salaire fixe : 2200€ brut mensuel
  • Titres-restaurant (pris en charge à 60% par l'employeur)
  • Stock option
