Deine Aufgaben

  • Ownership übernehmen: Du trägst die Gesamtverantwortung für unsere HubSpot-API und stellst sicher, dass Daten reibungslos fließen.
  • Workflows & Automation: Du entwickelst und pflegst Workflows – von smarte Low-Code/No-Code-Lösungen bis hin zu komplexen Custom Coded Actions in JavaScript oder Python.
  • Systeme verbinden: Du baust, wartest und optimierst Integrationen zwischen HubSpot und anderen Tools unseres Tech-Stacks.
  • User Access Management: Du verwaltest die HubSpot-Nutzerrechte und Zugriffe, damit Datenschutz und Usability Hand in Hand gehen.
  • Legacy-Pflege: Du hältst unsere bestehenden HubSpot-Strukturen sauber, wartbar und leistungsfähig.

Das bringst du mit

  • System- & API-Know-how: Du hast fundierte Erfahrung mit HubSpot (oder vergleichbaren CMS-/CRM-Systemen) sowie ein gutes Verständnis für REST-APIs, Integrationen und Rollen-/Rechtekonzepte.
  • Low-Code & Coding: Du bewegst Dich sicher im Low-Code/No-Code-Bereich (z. B. HubSpot, Zapier) und hast praktische Erfahrung mit JavaScript oder Python – idealerweise bereits bei Custom Coded Actions.
  • Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und hast Freude daran, technische Prozesse selbstverantwortlich zu gestalten.
  • Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Erfahrung mit Django, Databricks oder Apache Airflow ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss!
