The posting

Chez Octopus Energy Services, nous concrétisons la transition énergétique directement sur le terrain. Nos équipes interviennent chez les particuliers pour installer des panneaux photovoltaïques.

Tes missions seront :

  • Réalisation des installations : Pose des pattes de fixations, travaille des tuiles en fonction de leur matière et positionne les panneaux photovoltaïques conformément aux plans fournis et dans le respect des normes en vigueur.
  • Sécurité et travaux en hauteur : Sécuriser intégralement le chantier avec les EPI/EPC indispensables. Utilisation de matériel de levage.
  • Aide au raccordement et contrôle qualité : Réaliser le passage des câbles, exécuter les raccordements nécessaires au travail de l’électricien et valider vos interventions via un rapport interne pour garantir une prestation irréprochable.
  • Gestion du matériel : Gérer votre stock de matériel pour anticiper les besoins et travailler en étroite collaboration avec vos coéquipiers pour assurer l'efficacité du chantier.
  • Relation client : Assurer un contact professionnel et pédagogique auprès des clients.

Profil recherché :

  • Travailler en hauteur n’est pas un problème pour toi
  • Expérience : Couvreur avec une première expérience réussie sur le terrain.
  • Formation : CAP, BEP, Bac Pro ou équivalent dans le domaine de la couverture. Si vous êtes couvreur.se mais ne connaissez pas le monde du photovoltaïque, nous serons là pour vous former pas à pas.
  • Compétences clés : Maîtrise des normes, habilitations travail en hauteur (Octopus Energy Services peut vous accompagner au renouvellement) et CACES est un plus.
  • Savoir-être : Autonomie, rigueur, esprit d'équipe, communiquant et sens du service client. Vous cherchez un environnement bienveillant où votre travail est reconnu.

  • Rémunération : Pack salaire entre 2300 et 2700€ net mensuel (Est compris : une base 35h, des primes variables déplafonnés, des paniers repas) → attribué à la performance et au suivi qualité.
