Plejehjemmet Sct. Olaf søger stabile afløsere, som kan arbejde aften, weekend, helligdage og ferier. Timeantal og arbejdstider aftales individuelt. Der aftales et fast weekendrul, så du altid ved hvornår og hvordan du skal på arbejde. Derudover tilbyder vi ledige vagter, som du frit kan byde ind på. du skal forvente at kunne arbejde hver 3. weekend dag eller aftenvagter.

Arbejdsopgaverne består primært af personlig pleje og omsorg, hjælp til måltider og hyggeligt samvær med vores beboere.

Din profil:

Vi søger energiske, ansvarsbevidste afløsere som har lyst til at arbejde med ældre mennesker og bidrage til det gode hverdagsliv.

Erfaring er ikke et krav, da du vil blive grundigt oplært.

Derfor skal du vælge os:

- Individuelt tilrettelagt introduktionsforløb – vær opmærksom på, at et godt introforløb kræver at du kan oplæres på minimum 5 hverdage, gerne på hinanden følgende dage. Med andre ord- det skal være muligt ift. dit studie.

Om Plejehjemmet Sct. Olaf:

Plejehjemmet Sct. Olaf er en selvejende institution beliggende i Højbjerg. Vi har 50 boliger, fordelt på to afdelinger.

Vi arbejder med at den enkelte borger er i centrum, dvs. at alle vores medarbejdere er ansat til at varetage den enkelte borgers interesser, integritet og selvbestemmelse. Vi bestræber os på et behageligt miljø for alle, samtidig med at vi arbejder i en professionel praksis med kvalitet og udvikling i højsæde.

Løn og ansættelsesvilkår:

Ansættelsen sker efter gældende overenskomst, typisk som månedslønnede med et

ugentligt timeantal. Ansættelsen vil være fra den 1. december 2026 eller snarest derefter.
