Ansvarsfuldt og initiativrigt legebarn søges

På Odder lille Friskole søger vi en ny kollega til vores Fritter (SFO). Du skal kunne sætte gang i en god leg, fordybe dig i en kreativ aktivitet, give et kram, når der er brug for det, og være den trygge voksne, der ser det enkelte barn. Derudover skal du være indstillet på stor fleksibilitet og tæt samarbejde med alle skolens faggrupper.

Stillingen er fast på ca. 24 timer om ugen, primært i Fritteren om eftermiddagen. Der er også lidt støttetimer i skoletiden og mulighed for ekstra timer som tilkaldevikar.

Vi er en kreativ og projektorienteret friskole med højt til loftet og masser af liv. Vi er prøve- og karakterfri, og vi arbejder med læring gennem projekter, praksis og fællesskab. Vi tror på, at glade børn lærer mest, og at børn udvikler sig bedst i fællesskaber med nærvær, tillid, humor og plads til forskellighed.

  • har lyst til at lege, være kreativ og følge børnenes initiativer
  • kan skabe trygge relationer og samtidig være en tydelig voksen
  • kan arbejde selvstændigt og tage ansvar
  • møder børn og voksne med humor, nysgerrighed og varme

Fritteren

I Fritteren kan børnene være børn. Vi leger, bygger, tegner, tumler og finder på ting sammen. Det skal være et sted, hvor børnene føler sig set, hørt og velkomne, og hvor der er plads til både den vilde leg og den stille stund. Vi håber, du vil bidrage med det, du er god til – måske at bygge huler, spille bold, lave kreative projekter, spille musik eller bare være god til at være til stede.

Stilling: Fast stilling som pædagogmedhjælper, ca. 24 timer pr. uge Start: 1. januar 2027 Løn og vilkår: Efter aftale Ansøgningsfrist: 1. november 2026
