Som udekørende i Natgruppen er du med til at skabe tryghed, omsorg, kvalitet og helhedspleje for Odense kommunes borgere, mens byen sover. Vi søger en social- og sundhedshjælper eller social- og sundhedsassistent, der har lyst til at arbejde selvstændigt – med et stærkt fællesskab i ryggen.

Vi søger nu kompetente og udadvendte social- og sundhedshjælpere eller social og sundhedsassistenter, til vores udekørende Natgruppe. Stillingen er fast på 28 timer ugentligt, hvor der arbejdes fast hver anden uge (56 timer). Ønsker du evt. flere timer vil disse ikke være fast i udekørende.

Om os Vi har stor fokus på fagligheden og vægter det gode samarbejde højt. Vi går ind for en anerkendende tilgang til vores borgere, samarbejdspartner og til hinanden. Vi vægter ærlighed og ordentlighed højt, og har stor fokus på social kapital.

Natgruppen arbejder by dækkende og ind i kommunens forløb, hele tiden med forløbets fokus og med udgangspunkt i borgerens mål. Natområdet består af forskellige plejeboliger, bosteder indenfor handicap, psykiatri-, og hjerneskadeområdet, samt syge- og hjemmeplejegrupper i Odense. Medarbejderne i Natgruppen betjener hver nat ca. 2.400 borgere. Der er ansat ca. 160 medarbejdere, fordelt på Social-og sundhedsassistenter, pædagoger, sygehjælpere, Social- og sundhedshjælpere og pædagogiske assistenter.

Om dig Vi ønsker os, at du:

  • Er uddannet social- og sundhedshjælper eller social- og sundhedsassistent
  • Kan arbejde selvstændigt, men også har gode samarbejdsegenskaber
  • Har kendskab til Nexus, eller har mod på at lære det.
  • Har en rehabiliterende tilgang til borgeren
  • Har et positivt samt medmenneskeligt livssyn
  • Befinder dig godt i en travl hverdag
  • Besidder stor faglighed og en bred viden
  • Brænder for at skabe et trygt og professionelt miljø for borgerne om natten
  • Har kørekort og kan trives med at køre alene i bilen om natten.

Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår i henhold til gældende overenskomst mellem KL og den forhandlingsberettigede organisation. Stillingen aflønnes efter gældende overenskomst. Det forventede lønniveau oplyses inden en eventuel samtale og afhænger af erfaring og kvalifikationer
