The posting

Pr. 1. december 2026 eller snarest derefter søges en pædagog til en fast stilling, 37 timer ugentlig.

Vestre Skole er en gammel byskole beliggende i Odense centrum. Vi har ca. 390 elever på skolen. En meget stor andel af vores børn går i SFO og SFO 2

Vi bruger byen og de omkringliggende kulturfaciliteter som en del af vores hverdag.

Vi er en skole, som skaber plads til læring gennem åbenhed, nysgerrighed og en inkluderende tilgang til elever, hinanden, forældre og samarbejdspartnere.

Som vores nye pædagog, skal du være koordinator for vores Forårs-SFO. Du skal være med i opstartsfasen, tilrettelæggelsen og have det daglige overblik. I opstartsfasen samarbejder du med daginstitutionerne og sikrer de bedst mulige overgange for børnene. Når Forårs-SFO slutter følger du med børnene ind i 0.klasse og er med til at sørge for en stærk overgang til skolelivet.

Du er med til at udarbejde mødeplaner og ugentlige nyhedsbreve til forældre.

Du bliver en del af at sammensætte/ansætte et godt team til Forårs SFOen.

Du kommer til at indgå i teams med dygtige og engagerede kollegaer, der hver dag arbejder for at give alle børn et godt pædagogisk tilbud, og en god start på skolelivet på Vestre Skole. Vi er ambitiøse, prøver gerne nye ideer af, og har en anerkendende tilgang til børnene i vores pædagogiske praksis. Vi arbejder struktureret i hverdagen, og vægter samarbejdet mellem de forskellige faggrupper højt.

Som person skal du være ansvarsbevidst, selvstændig og kunne arbejde systematisk. Vi har brug for en kollega, der har erfaring med kollegasparring og at arbejde i et reflekterende team.

Du skal være rummelig, tydelig, tålmodig og robust. Og have øje for det enkelte barns resurser og udviklingsmuligheder, og meget gerne med special- og socialpædagogisk erfaring.

Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår Stillingen aflønnes efter gældende overenskomst afhængig af erfaring og kvalifikationer. Det forventede lønniveau oplyses inden en eventuel samtale.
