The posting

Vi har 1 ledig sygeplejerske stilling pr 1. januar 2027 eller snarest muligt derefter, i et speciale der altid er i udvikling. Stillingen er på 37 timer/ugen eller efter aftale - i blandede vagter, og med weekendvagter hver 3. weekend.

Organisatorisk er Onkologiskafdeling er en stor afdeling med flere behandlingsafsnit bestående af: os (sengeafsnittet), ambulatorier, strålebehandling, Palliativteam og Palliativsengeafsnit.

Vi er inddelt i seks diagnoserelaterede teams, og du vil blive tilkoblet et af disse teams.

Som sygeplejerske i afdelingen vil du opleve mange spændende sygeplejefaglige problemstillinger, da vi både har kurative, palliative og terminale forløb samt akutte forløb. Vi har vores egen akut modtagefunktion alle døgnet timer, hvor største delen af vores patienter indlægges gennem. Du får stor mulighed for at udvikle dine menneskelige, kommunikative og faglige kompetencer, der er også plads til, at du kan dykke yderlig ned i specifikke onkologiske problemstillinger.

Som forberedelse til NYE OUH er det alliative sengeafsnit i foråret 2025, fysisk flyttet sammen med Onkologisk Sengeafsnit, det betyder vi har et tæt samarbejde med personalet i Palliativ Sengeafsnit og stor mulighed for udvikling af palliative kompetencer som sygeplejerske i Onkologisk Afdeling.

Vi er en blandet flok af sygeplejersker og social- og sundhedsassistenter med niveauer fra novice til ekspert, og der er plads til alle uanset erfaring. Vi tager god hånd om dig, som er nyansat og hjælper dig trygt og godt på plads i stillingen.
