Overvejer du at blive specialtandlæge i tand-, mund- og kæbekirurgi? Hos os får du mulighed for at opleve specialet indefra, udvikle dine kompetencer og blive klogere på dit karrierevalg. Vi søger en engageret tandlæge til en tidsbegrænset stilling på ét år med tre arbejdsdage om ugen.

Et speciale med kirurgi, kompleksitet og tæt samarbejde

Tand-, mund- og kæbekirurgi omfatter udredning og behandling af sygdomme, skader og forandringer i tænder, mund og kæber. Specialet spænder fra dentoalveolær kirurgi til komplekse kæbekirurgiske patientforløb og kombinerer kirurgiske færdigheder med diagnostik, patientkontakt og tværfagligt samarbejde. Som introduktions-/saneringstandlæge får du indblik i kæbekirurgens hverdag og bliver en del af afdelingens kliniske og faglige fællesskab. Dine opgaver omfatter blandt andet tandsanering og øvrige kliniske opgaver, tilpasset dine kompetencer og din progression.

Et forløb med læring og gensidig afklaring

Stillingen henvender sig særligt til tandlæger, der overvejer en specialtandlægeuddannelse i tand-, mund- og kæbekirurgi. Formålet er at give dig et realistisk indblik i specialets opgaver, krav og arbejdsliv. Samtidig giver ansættelsen dig og afdelingen mulighed for over tid at afklare dine interesser, din motivation og dine forudsætninger for en mulig fremtid i specialet. Derfor indgår aftalte læringsmål, løbende feedback, evalueringer og kompetencevurderinger, som en del af ansættelsen. Vi lægger vægt på, at forventningerne er tydelige, og at du får indsigt i din egen faglige udvikling via en dedikeret vejleder.

Vi forventer, at du

  • Er tandlæge med dansk autorisation og interesse for kæbekirurgi.
  • Tager aktivt ansvar for din læring og arbejder målrettet mod aftalte kompetencemål.
  • Deltager i supervision, feedback og løbende evalueringer.
  • Møder patienter og kolleger med respekt, engagement og ansvarlighed.
  • Bidrager til afdelingens daglige opgaver og faglige fællesskab.

Eventuelt vagtarbejde kan indgå i ansættelsesperioden efter nærmere aftale og relevant oplæring.

Praktiske oplysninger

Ansættelsen varer ét år med tre arbejdsdage om ugen. Tiltrædelse er 1.1.2027/efter aftale. Stillingen er et introduktions- og afklaringsforløb og indebærer ikke tilsagn om efterfølgende ansættelse i en specialtandlægeuddannelsesstilling.
