Er du speciallæge i pædiatri med passion for de allermindste patienter? Vil du være en del af et stærkt neonatalt team på et af Danmarks mest specialiserede børnehospitaler? Så er det dig, vi søger.

Om stillingen

Vi søger pr. 1. januar 2027 en speciallæge til vores neonatalteam. Vi er fleksible i forhold til din baggrund – enten har du allerede ekspertise inden for neonatologi, eller også tilbyder vi dig et struktureret ekspertuddannelsesforløb, der bringer dig derhen. Vi investerer i din udvikling.

Hvad tilbyder vi?

Et fagligt miljø i topklasse. HCABU varetager Region Syddanmarks højt specialiserede funktion inden for neonatologi og børnekirurgi samt landsfunktion for kongenit hyperinsulinisme. Du bliver en del af et team på 11 neonatologer, og der vil altid være en færdiguddannet ekspert i neonatologi til rådighed, mens du opbygger dine kompetencer.

Faglig bredde og variation. Dine opgaver spænder fra stuegang og ambulatoriefunktion til neonatale transporter – herunder højt specialiserede transporter fra hele regionen. I tæt samarbejde med børnekirurger, børneanæstesiologer og børnegastroenterologer behandler vi børn med medfødte misdannelser i mavetarmkanalen for hele Vestdanmark og dele af Region Sjælland.

Et levende forskningsmiljø. Der foregår en betydelig forskningsproduktion inden for neonatologi, ledet af en professor på området. Klinisk forskning er en integreret del af hverdagen.

Stabil og meningsfuld vagtstruktur. Vagten tilstræbes som 12 skiftet med blandet vagt på tjenestestedet eller tilkaldevagt alt efter kompetencer og behov.

Et kollegialt og tværfagligt fællesskab. Vi prioriterer teamsamarbejde og samspillet med psykologer, pædagoger, terapeuter, socialrådgivere og plejepersonale. I alt er vi ca. 420 ansatte på HCABU.

Om dig

Du er speciallæge i pædiatri eller anæstesiologi, og du trives med komplekse kliniske problemstillinger og et tæt fagligt fællesskab. Du bidrager gerne til undervisning og kollegial sparring, og du har lyst til at gøre en forskel for de mest sårbare nyfødte og deres familier.
