Brænder du for at arbejde med børn i et afsnit hvor det gode arbejdsmiljø og høj faglighed går hånd i hånd? Så er det lige dig vi har brug for. Børneafsnit HM4 søger pr. 1. januar 2027 en sygeplejerske til fast stilling samt en sygeplejerske til et etårigt vikariat. Den gennemsnitlige arbejdstid er 37 timer ugentligt (eller efter aftale) med arbejde hver tredje weekend i blandede vagter.

Børneafsnit HM4 er et akutpædiatrisk medicinsk afsnit med børn i alderen 1-17 år. HM4 består af en akut børnemodtagelse, hvor børnene modtages direkte og derefter visiteres til andet afsnit i børnehospitalet, samt et sengeafsnit. Sengeafsnittet har plads til 17 børn. Børnene indlægges fortrinsvis med infektioner, nyre og neurologiske sygdomme, diabetes og immundefekt. HM4 er et afsnit, hvor vi vægter det tætte samarbejde med familien højt, med afsæt i god og respektfuld kommunikation.

Vi ønsker en sygeplejerske, som:

• Har erfaring og lyst til at arbejde med det akut syge barn.

• Har lyst til at indgå i et tæt samarbejde med børn og forældre.

• Trives i et afsnit med stort patientflow.

• Ønsker at medvirke til den faglige udvikling i afsnittet.

• Er livsglad, åben og fleksibel, og vil medvirke til et godt arbejdsmiljø.
