Wat ga je doen

Als begeleider ondersteun je cliënten in hun dagelijkse leven. Op de Bristolroodstraat wonen volwassenen met een lichte tot matige verstandelijke beperking, in de leeftijd van 30 tot 80 jaar, die veel behoefte hebben aan structuur, nabijheid en vertrouwen.

Je biedt begeleiding op maat in het dagelijks ritme van wonen, leven en samen zijn. Je helpt cliënten bij praktische zaken, ondersteunt hen bij de dagelijkse zorg en persoonlijke verzorging (ADL) en stimuleert hun zelfstandigheid. Je draagt bij aan een fijne en veilige sfeer in de gezamenlijke ruimtes. Je observeert, luistert en speelt in op wat je ziet gebeuren. Soms is dat praktisch, soms ondersteunend en soms gewoon samen aanwezig zijn. Je werkt vanuit de afspraken in het ondersteuningsplan en levert input door goed te signaleren en te rapporteren.

Je werkt nauw samen met collega begeleiders en persoonlijk begeleiders en staat in contact met familie en het netwerk van de cliënt. Samen zorgen jullie voor continuïteit, duidelijkheid en een vertrouwde omgeving waarin cliënten zichzelf kunnen zijn.

Locatie

Bristolroodstraat is een nieuwbouw 24-uurszorg appartementencomplex in Zaandam voor mensen met een verstandelijke beperking. De locatie bestaat uit drie verdiepingen waar in totaal 36 cliënten wonen. Er wordt gewerkt met drie subteams per verdieping. Je maakt deel uit van een groot en betrokken team van ruim 34 collega’s, waarin we samen de zorg dragen, kennis delen en van elkaar leren.

Wat kun je van ons verwachten

  • Salaris conform CAO Gehandicaptenzorg (FWG 35) van max. €3.635,- bruto per maand (fulltime).
  • Een jaarcontract voor 24 tot 28 uur per week, met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
  • Vakantiegeld (8%) en een eindejaarsuitkering (8,33% uitbetaald in november).
